Microsoft has rolled out KB4533028 cumulative update. That is a cumulativeupdatefor theWindows 10Insider preview build 19035. It is another step closer to an RTM release forWindows 10 2004, which is reaching completion.
As per usual, Microsoft’s senior manager for the Windows Insider Program, Mr. LeBlanc, announced theupdatefor preview build 19035 on Windows Blogs. He confirmed that thisupdateis available forWindows Insiderson both the Slow and Fast rings. Mr. LeBlanc also added that the KB4533028 update is primarily for testing the 20H1 service pipeline.
So, thisupdateonly includes minorWindows 102004 bug fixes. Mr. LeBlanc confirmed that Microsoft has completed a Windows Update driver update experiment. He stated:
We’ve completed the experiment related to how we deliver driver updates through Windows Update. Devices that were involved in the experiment will no longer see the Optional Updates link under Settings > Windows Update. This also resolves an issue where after successfully installing printer drivers from the Optional Updates section, the same driver is still showing as available for install. Thanks to theInsiderswho have provided feedback on this feature.
Microsoft thanked users for feedback on the MS Store Notepad version. The big M confirmed that it has pulled the MS Store Notepad version from the 19035 preview build. Users will need to repin the Notepad to their taskbars or Start menus after installing the 19035 preview build.
BattlEye issues are here to stay
Microsoft also confirmed that theBattlEye anti-cheat softwareincompatibility issue continues to persist with the latestWindows Insiderpreview build. Thus, Microsoft’s compatibility hold for rolling outWindows Insiderpreview builds to devices with BattlEye installed continues. However, users can still install the 19035 preview build by uninstalling BattlEye.

You can automatically download KB4533028 on your computer via Windows Update. Once again, thisupdateis only available forInsiders.
It is now expected that theWindows 102004 will reach RTM (finalized) stage in December 2019. Microsoft has not confirmed when it will releaseWindows 102004. However, with that OS version now feature ready, the software giant might launch it earlier than usual.
