Square Enix hit the gaming world by storm when it announced that Final Fantasy XV would be coming to PC. As a result, gamers around the world are ecstatic because they’ll be able to play one of the most well-received games in the world on Windows 10.

The game is announced forsometime in “early 2018,” which some players consider too late given the game’s late-2016 console release. But after the first demo of the game and initial tests, it’s clear why the game won’t arrive before 2018. The guys fromArsTechnicahad a privilege of tryingFinal Fantasy XV Windows Editionand after trying the demo, they let the world know about the various issues that occurred during gameplay. Given the number of issues, it’s clear that Square Enix’s development has a lot of work to do before releasing the game, making the early 2018 release a reasonable date.

Here are the issues the ArsTechnica team noticed while playing the first Final Fantasy XV Windows Edition demo:

Of course, this is only the first demo and it’s not even a public one, so we have no right to claim any of these issues will ‘make its way’ to the official release. We’re just saying that the development team has a lot of work ahead of it as the official release is about 6 months away. So, some of these issues might, in fact, happen to early adopters of the game.
