Microsoft has now launched aWindows 7solution calledDesktop App Assurethat will aid users to upgrade easily toWindows 10. The tool is already available in ten different languages across the globe.
The good oldWindows 7is alreadyliving its last days, as Microsoft is pushing more efforts into making users see reasons to upgrade toWindows 10. The companypromises the transition will go smoothlyand there will be no software compatibility issues.
Note that in January 2020,Windows 7support will be coming to a halt. This means that running on the 2009OSare running out of time, so now is the better time to move on toWindows 10.
Microsoft wants a smooth transition
The Desktop App Assure solution is a new service from Microsoft FastTrack that was created with the main purpose of helping users deal with app compatibility challenges.
All kinds of tests had been carried out on this new solution by Microsoft and it has been discovered that a small number of applications may be needing additional tweaks in the process of migrating fromWindows 7toWindows 10. This means that all the other apps and programs should perform excellently well on the newOSarchitecture.
Microsoft has guaranteed free debugging to all users who will have the misfortune of experiencing technical issues after the upgrade. All these are part of their efforts to creating an easy transition fromWindows 7toWindows 10.
A Microsoft engineer works with you to address valid app issues at no additional cost to you with an eligible subscription. We also provide guidance to customers who face compatibility issues transitioning from Office clients to Office 365 ProPlus. This is a service provided by FastTrack and not a software package.
