Simply add yourgameto an exception list for both your antivirus orWindows Firewall. The same solution for thegameglitching out works for this as well, you can reproduce the same steps to verify your game files.

To prevent Imperator from crashing we first suggest that you right-click on your game shortcut or exe. file and run thegameinWindows Compatibility Mode.
Secondly, if that didn’t work, open yourNvidia Control Paneland Select Manage 3D Settings and select Imperator from theProgram Settingsand next you’re going to set thePower Managementto PreferMaximum Power.

Now head on over to thePlaybacksection and disable all the sound devices except the internal speaker or the speaker you wish you want to use.
Also, keep in mind that changing your audio from surround sound to stereo can do the trick too.
7. Validation fix
Navigate to your Steam directory, and locate where thegameis installed. Now you’re gonna look formasterservers.vdffiles in your Steam or game directory and delete all of them.
Sometimes there are duplicates in different directories and that is why the validation process isn’t working out for you. After you have deleted them proceed to Verify or Repair your game.
