It’s a new week, which means it’s time for another new Microsoft Edge Dev build for testers to check out. This week, Microsoft has only included a single new feature. However, there are a ton of bug fixes and improvements tagging along as well.
The sole feature added in this build is the option to resume downloads from the download management page. You could already do this through the download dialogue that appears at the bottom of the browser, but now you have another place to resume from within the browser. Here’s a look at all of the fixes, improvements, and features tagging along in this release.
This update is rolling out now to testers. For more on this release, including a look at the known issues, you can check out Microsoft’sfull release notes.
In addition to this release, Microsoft announced that it will skip the Edge 82 release altogether for other channels. Instead, the stable channel will an update to Edge 81 in early April, and then it will go straight to Edge 83 in May.
The Edge Dev, Canary, and Beta channels are available to download and test directly from theEdge Insider site. If you’d rather stick with the stable channel, it’s available from the officialMicrosoft Edge site.
