The whole point of theOutlooke-mailsignaturesyncing in thecloudis to ensure a consistent user experience when you accessOutlookfor Windows on any of your computers.

That means that when you will create ane-mailsignature on one computer, it will sync to all the other devices if you’re using the same account.

What is an e-mail signature?

Thee-mailsignature is the personal or professional contact data you set for the end of thee-mail. That can mainly contain text, but you can also add graphical information.

At this moment, the signatures are stored on the device you create them. So if you create the signature on a PC, and try to send ane-mailfromOutlookinstalled on another device, you will not be able to use that signature.

According to theMicrosoft 365 roadmap, the feature is timed for a rollout beginning in June 2020, and right now it will be working only onOutlookfor Windows.

However, as it’s super-useful, it wouldn’t be a total surprise if it will also extend to other platforms in the future.
