The popular management appTrellois now integrated with Microsoft Teams, allowing Teams users to access their Trello boards easily from theMicrosoft Teamsapplication or on the Web.
All users have to do is add a new integration, with this integration the first of many more to come. Teams has been competing with services likeSlackthat currently offers integration with more collaboration and productivity services and apps.
Trello vs. Office 365 Planner
Trello is competing with Office 365 Planner, a new service revealed by Microsoft that’s also integrated with Microsoft Teams. The Planner offers quite a limited number of features for now compared to Trello. Despite that, it’s good that Teams user now have more options to choose from.
Microsoft Teams
Before the full launch in March, Microsoft issued an update to Teams that brought improvements to Meetings and introduced bots.
Users will enjoy an improved Meetings experience on Microsoft Teams thanks to the newest improvements. Now, users will have support for one-to-one meetings with people outside the teams now able to meet with each other. Before this, users were only able to meet within a team. This is a great step for Teams.
Another Meetings improvement is the Scheduling Assistant that helps users manage their meetings more efficiently.
Microsoft Teamsuses bots to automate tasks and to offer help to users. The latest update has given the necessary tools to enter conversations taking place across a team. In order to activate a bot, all users have to do is to place an @ before the name of a specific bot.
