After a few weeks hiatus, Mojang Studios is returning with a flurry ofnew snapshotsandbetasforMinecraft. This one carries bug fixes and general improvements, as expected, but also tweaks changes toredstone wires made a few snapshots ago, and adds new options for creating custom worlds.

This snapshot is another in the long road tothe Nether Update, whichhopefully won’t be too far out now. Mojang Studios continues to focus on polish in recent snapshots and betas, signifying that we’re getting close to a possible release.
