Yet another set of leaks appeared online surrounding the upcoming Dell XPS 15 and XPS 17. This new set of leaks includes many more details than previous leaks, though, including full specs of both devices. Dell France accidentally posted product listings for the XPS 15 and 17. They have since been removed, buteagle-eyed Reddit usersgrabbed images and details before they were taken down.Notebook CheckandLaptopthen compiled some of the details together.

While the product listings did appear on a Dell website, they aren’t official confirmation of the device specifications. That being said, it seems likely that the images and details shared are accurate.

As shown off by multiple previous leaks (1,2), the XPS 15 appears to have a refreshed design heavily inspired by the XPS 13. That’s good news because our executive editor Daniel Rubino called the XPS 3 “Literally a perfect 13-inch Ultrabook” inhis review. The XPS 15 images shown off on Dell France show a taller display with a 16:10 aspect ratio. The laptop also has a smaller footprint than its XPS 15 predecessor, with dimensions of 13.6-inches (34.5 cm) x 9.1-inches (23.1 cm) x 0.7-inches (1.8 cm). It’s also lighter at 4 lbs (1.8 kg), compared to the older XPS 15’s weight of 4.5 lbs (2 kg). The speakers of the XPS 15 also appear on the deck alongside the keyboard.

The XPS 15 will apparently come with a few options for displays. First, there’s apparently an option for a 15.6-inch 1920x1200-pixel non-touch display that can hit 100 percent sRGB and 500 nits of brightness. Second, there is an option for a 3840 x 2400 pixel touch screen, according to the leaked listings.

On the inside, the XPS 15 runs on up to an Intel Core i9-10885H processor with 8 cores and 16 threads, according to the listing. It also apparently has an option for an 8-core version with an Intel Core i7-10875H processor. On the graphics side of things, the XPS 15 will apparently have up to an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Ti.

Note that the specs in the charts below are from a leaked listing and may not be correct or complete when compared to the XPS 15 and 17 that come out.

The XPS 17 looks a lot like the XPS 15 in the listing, but scaled up. It also features micro bezels and a 16:10 aspect ratio. Many of the specs for the XPS 17 are apparently the same as the XPS 15, including CPU options. Notably, the XPS 17’s storage options appear bigger, and it will apparently have an option for up to an NVIDIA GeForce RTZ 2060. That GPU is more powerful and supports ray-tracing, which many will consider a must-have feature.
