Earlier this year,Rare sharedthat Sea of Thieves was coming to Steam sometime later in 2020. That time is coming soon, as Xbox announced today that Sea of Thieves is set to release on Steam on June 3, 2020. It’ll be $40 and include all the content released for the Xbox One and Windows 10 versions so far.

The Steam version of Sea of Thieves is going to have full crossplay with the Xbox One and Windows 10 versions, so there’s plentiful pirate pals to pillage. Because the Steam version will still use your Xbox Live account, if you want to buy Sea of Thieves on Steam after playing on Xbox or Windows 10 until now, all your progress will carry over.
