Thanks to a recent trailer, we’ve now seen 33-minutes ofVampire The Masquerade: Bloodlines 2gameplay. It starts off with Phyre infiltrating a warehouse. Things are stealthy at first, with Phyre using thrown objects as distractions before moving in for the kill. Abilities like gliding and warping are used to silently dispatch enemies, while moving swiftly around the upper levels of the warehouse.
Once Phyre is spotted, the combat gets more action heavy, with dodges and parries taking center-stage. Larger enemies require more powerful attacks to take down, like a special that sees Phyre landing hundreds of blows in a matter of seconds.

We don’t know too much about the story behindVampire The Masquerade Bloodlines 2as of yet. You’ll play an elder vampire called Phyre living in Seattle, a city run by several vampire clans. A war is brewing between these clans in the run up to your arrival, after which it’s up to you to ally yourself and shape the future of the city.
