This year’s Independence Day is just around the corner now and the yearly Walmart 4th of July sales have already begun. If you’re looking for bargains then you’ve landed on the right page as we’ve not only rounded up today’s best sales but also included everything you need to know about next week.
The 4th of July marks the middle of summer, which means it’s a fantastic opportunity to score massive discounts on outdoor items like grills, patio furniture, and outdoor fun like pools, trampolines, and toys. Walmart’s 4th of July sale also includes deals on tech items such as4KTVs, laptops, and headphones, and if you’re looking to save on items for the home, you can find usually find bargains on furniture, mattresses, kitchen appliances, and vacuums too.

So far, the Walmart 4th of July sales are fairly limited in scope - focusing on the traditional mid-summer deals you associate with sales around Independence Day. We’re expecting this list to expand as we head on through to next week and we’ll be adding tech, appliances, and plenty other categories as soon as they launch at the retailer. It’s also worth noting that Walmart has just announced a Walmart Plus Week sale that’s due to take place in the week immediately following 4th of July.

The Walmart 4th of July sales have already started - albeit in a slightly limited scope so far. Right now, you can shop grills, patio furniture, party supplies, and other seasonal goods at the retailer, which we expect will be joined by discounts on other categories as we head into next week.
Walmart 4th of July sales: what to expect
Just above you can see a quick summary of last year’s 4th of July sale at Walmart. The event encompassed most areas of the retailer’s site, with discounts on both tech and the goods that are more traditionally associated with the 4th of July like patio furniture and appliances. A few highlights included some great prices on cheap TVs, laptops, and plenty of discounts on small kitchen appliances like air fryers and Instant Pots - both of which are often discounted at the retailer.

Coming soon - the Walmart Plus Week
This just in folks - Walmart has announced that it’s going to have another big summer sale this year. It’s called the Walmart Plus Week and it’s set to take place on July 10th through 13th - which are dates that directly compete with the yearlyAmazon Prime Daysale.
What will the Walmart Plus week entail? Put simply, we don’t know yet as the retailer hasn’t released any official information pertaining to discounted products aside from mentioning brand names likeLG,Samsung, andDyson. We predict the Walmart Plus Week will feature good tech deals, however, as Prime Day usually has great options.
Members of Walmart’s Plus membership program will get a full day’s early access to the deals this July. Unlike atAmazonyou won’t strictly need a membership to take part in the sale but you’ll have to wait a full day to get access.
30-day free trial to Walmart PlusFor anyone who regularly shops at Walmart, signing up for Walmart+ could be a no-brainer. And luckily, there’s a 30-day free trial available for everyone, so you can try out the service and evaluate whether you want to pay for a membership totally risk-free.
Note, the Walmart 4th of July sales won’t need a membership, although it might not be a terrible idea to sign up since you’ll get early access to the Walmart Plus Week plus free delivery, Paramount Plus, and savings on fuel.
