Xbox is once againpartnering with the Special Olympicsto hold a gaming tournament this year, marking two years since Xbox hosted the first video gaming tournament at the Special Olympics in Seattle, Washington. Due to the ongoing pandemic and the Olympics themselves being cancelled this year, a digital gaming event will take place instead.

The tournament is currently set to take place on May 30, 2020 at 12pm PT / 3pm ET, and will feature over 35 athletes from 11 states. This time around, the focus will be on Forza Motorsport 7. Those wishing to tune in can do so on Xbox’s social media channels onMixer,YouTube, orTwitch.

To support the Special Olympics, you can volunteer or donate yourMicrosoft Rewards Points. Microsoft will be matching all point donations through June 30, 2020.

You can visit theSpecial Olympics' websitefor more information about volunteering. There are hundreds of offices around the world, and though the COVID-19 era has changed how we interact with one another, there’s a lot you can do from your own home.
