1.  Perform a power cycle

  1. Goto theHome Screenand press theMenubutton on thecontroller.

  2. SelectSettingsfrom themenu.

  3. GotoPowerandStartup.

  4. From the options “TurnXboxoff“.

  5. SelectYesto confirm.

  6. Wait for the console to turn off.

  7. Unplug the cord that is connected to the power outlet.

  8. Unplug other cords that are connected to yourXbox.

  9. Wait for a minute.

  10. Replug all the cordsonebyone.

  11. Turn onXbox Oneand open the avatareditor.Checkif you can edit your avatar now.
